Message	The general consensus on headers is they are not worth the $ unless you are using NOS and no cats on an N/A benefits high end but loses low end torque. Dont know about both though I noticed you are new here. For lots more usefull info try the search function. I've learned a lot through it and also read the FAQ and TECH sections. Good luck with the Z
